1. Return Window (30 Days)

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days. The period is calculated from the shipment date (as shown on the invoice) to the date the return request is formally submitted.

* Please note: A "Return" (for refund) is distinct from our "2-Year Hardware Warranty" (for repair).

2. 2-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on all Industrial PC hardware, starting from the shipment date. This covers technical defects in materials and workmanship. During this period, NEXCOM offers repair or replacement services according to the RMA evaluation.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Customized Orders: IPCs with specific custom configurations (e.g., custom RAM/SSD/OS) are Non-Returnable unless a hardware defect is confirmed.
Electronic components must be returned in their original anti-static packaging.

4. Shipping & Destination

All returns must be shipped back to our headquarters in Taiwan:

CPS 50 is a fanless PC powered by NXP i.MX8M Plus Cortex®-A53 quad core processor with Neural Network Accelerator up to 2.3 TOPS designed for advanced machine learning inference at the industrial and IoT (Internet-of-Things) edge that require high-performance and low power consumption. CPS 50 comes with onboard 2GB LPDDR4 memory, 32GB eMMC, and internal Micro SD slot for storage expansion. CPS 50 packs all-you-need peripheral connectivity and offers flexibility with a modular rear I/O design for easy customization. The CPS 50 offers strong connectivity - Ethernet-based LAN ports and traditional serial ports, mainly for Modbus TCP or Modbus RTU communication. For wireless connectivity, CPS 50 has mini-PCIe and M.2 sockets that can support optional wireless modules for IoT applications, for example, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, and 5G modules as well as a storage module. CPS 50 supports a wide DC input range from 9-30VDC. All of the features make CPS 50 suitable for various applications such as edge AI, M2M intelligent systems, and factory automation platforms.

Equipped with an advanced quad core ARM processor and an integrated neural processing unit delivering up to 2.3 TOPS, this system enables powerful AI inference directly at the edge. It eliminates the need for cloud offloading, allowing real time analytics and decision making in environments with limited connectivity. This embedded AI capability is ideal for machine vision, predictive maintenance, and intelligent automation applications, setting a new benchmark for performance in compact industrial gateways.

Designed with modular connectivity in mind, the system features a wide range of industrial I O including dual gigabit LAN, serial communication, USB ports, and HDMI.
