1. Product Status

This is an End-of-Life (EOL) model. Please be advised that technical maintenance has been officially discontinued for this product.

2. Operating Requirements

Stable internet connectivity is required for operation. Please note that no further software or firmware updates or maintenance will be released for this model.

3. Warranty Policy

This product is covered by a Limited 3-month DOA (Dead on Arrival) return policy, starting from the shipment date. No further hardware warranty or repairs will be provided after the initial 3-month period. Any subsequent technical support requests will be handled as a paid service.

4. Shipping & Destination

All returns must be shipped back to our headquarters in Taiwan:
