This is an End-of-Life (EOL) model. Please be advised that technical maintenance has been officially discontinued for this product.

2. Operating Requirements

Stable internet connectivity is required for operation. Please note that software and firmware maintenance, updates, and upgrades are not available for this model.

3. Warranty Policy

This product is covered by a Limited 3-month DOA (Dead on Arrival) return policy, starting from the shipment date. No warranty, repair, or technical support services are available after this 3-month period.

4. Shipping & Destination

All returns must be shipped back to our headquarters in Taiwan:
